Yeah, I did it. I caved and made a sheet for my fantasy equine breed. Sadly this little silly face couldn't exist IRL, but whatever. This is deviantART, after all :giggle:

More miniatures, I say! Especially minis with long ears, stripes, and feathers.

I don't have the time to keep track of this thing in the ways that are typical to your average HARPG breed, so honestly if you want to make one, go for it. Have fun. Make a Calini :) I'd love to see these short little sillies appear in artwork.



The California Mini is a cross between a Zebra, Donkey, Fel Pony, and Miniature Horse.

Calinis come in all colors and patterns. The only marking that is required is the striped legs (though they can be subtle and less prominent).

Their manes and tails are typically long, thick, and soft. But any cut is acceptable.

Coats are typically shiny, but not a requirement.

Height: 6-9hh
Weight: 65-135lbs

In winter they are complete and utter poof balls.

side note, if someone draws a Calini with a big poofy winter coat, I will love you forever :heart:

If you make one, I'd appreciate a shout out, mention, or something. But not strictly required. :)

Okay, totally making one of these as a companion to one of my HARPG horses, if you don't mind. They remind of a Shetland I know, lol. Especially the Calini with the winter coat.
